information: A nutritious gluten-free and wheat-free grain. Use as a substitute for oats for breakfast or baking. Quinoa is light, tasty and easy to digest. Quinoa is very nutritious and one of the only known grains that provide all the essential amino acids needed by the human body. It is an ancient staple food of the Incas that is now very popular here

2 cups 
4 cups of water (or milk)
Pinch of salt (if desired)
1/2 cup 
1 grated granny smith apple
 - just a little
Organic Maple Syrup - just a splash  

So simple to make..... 
Add 2 cups of Quinoa flakes to 4 cups of rapidly boiling water (can use milk or apple juice instead). 
Add a pinch of salt (if desired) reduce heat and cook for 5-10 minutes. 
Towards the end add 1/2 cup sultanas, 1 grated granny smith apple and a dash of cinnamon. 
Drizzle with maple syrup and a little milk prior to serving and enjoy! Serves 4. 

Some things to try...
Add some diced nuts or slivered almonds Add organic diced apple instead of fresh apples. Sweeten with brown sugar, rapadura or honey instead of maple syrup. Use milk instead of water (oat/soy/rice) Add diced fresh banana.
