For over 22 years, this business has supplied quality gluten-free and organic products across Australia. As the new owners, we are proud to honor this long-standing heritage while continuing to maintain strict quality standards and total transparency regarding our sourcing, facility procedures, and product labeling.

1. Naturally Gluten-Free Ingredients & Testing

Our range consists of ingredients that are naturally free from gluten (such as naturally gluten-free grains, starches, nuts, and seeds).

Customer Transparency Note:

While our products are inherently gluten-free by nature, individual product batches do not undergo routine laboratory gluten testing. If you are managing severe celiac disease or require certified gluten-tested products, please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

2. Precautionary Allergen Labeling

To ensure full transparency for customers with various dietary needs or severe allergies, our product packaging includes the following precautionary statement:

"May contain traces of egg, dairy, nuts, and soy."

3. Facility Protocols & Cross-Contamination Safety

In keeping with the proven operational procedures established over the last two decades, we maintain strict physical controls within our facility to prevent cross-contamination:

  • Segregated Packing Areas: All naturally gluten-free products are packed in a dedicated processing area, physically separated from gluten-containing products.

  • Color-Coded & Sanitized Equipment: All utensils, bowls, and packing equipment are color-coded and thoroughly sanitized between production runs.

  • Scheduled Production Runs: Packing schedules are strictly managed on dedicated days to minimize any airborne or surface cross-contact risks.
